| Payment & Financing Options:
We offer several options for financing your hearing aid purchase.
- Payment at time of fitting – No payment is taken until you receive your new hearing aids. We ask for ½ down at the time of fitting, and the balance due at the end of the 30-day trial period.
- Payment on a low-interest extended payment plan – we work with Care Credit, a GE Money Company, to provide low-interest extended payment plans (24 and 36 months). You can contact us or go to their website www.carecredit.com for more details.
- Payment on a 12 month 0% interest payment plan (Care Credit) – Contact our office for more details.
All of our hearing aids come with a 30-day, risk-free trial period. We want purchasing new hearing aids to be a low-pressure, low-stress experience. If you decide within the 30-day trial period to return your hearing aids for any reason, you are fully refunded. No fitting fees or restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Financial Assistance:
At AuD Hearing we want everyone who needs hearing aids to have access to them. There are several programs we work with for individuals who are in need of hearing aids, but are unable to purchase them due to financial hardship. Please contact our office for more information on these programs. We would be happy to help you determine if you are eligible for financial assistance. |
